How We Build a Review
Every review is assembled from primary sources. Each data point carries its origin, so you can check it yourself.
Technical Specifications
Payload, reach, degrees of freedom, speed, positioning tolerance and other measurable parameters, as published by the manufacturer and cross-checked against manuals and regulatory filings where available.
Reliability & Support
Stated MTBF, warranty terms, spare-parts availability and service footprint. Where the manufacturer does not publish these, we record that.
Integration & Programming
Fieldbus and protocol support, ROS availability, SDK and API documentation, and known integration constraints.
Safety & Regulatory Status
Applicable regime and standards, the edition cited by the manufacturer, declarations of conformity where published, notified-body involvement where applicable, and recall records.
Total Cost of Ownership
Published price where available, plus the cost components a buyer must budget for: integration, safety infrastructure, spares, service contract, training and energy.
Deployment Evidence
Publicly documented deployments, unit counts disclosed in filings or procurement records, and reported field issues. Where no public deployment record exists, we state that explicitly.

Sourced claims
Every specification is tied to a document and a date. If we cannot cite it, we do not publish it as fact.
Transparent method
Our evaluation criteria and evidence grades are published above, so any conclusion can be checked against its source.
Reviews are updated
Records are revised when a new hardware revision, firmware release or regulatory change occurs. Each page shows the date it was last verified.
Right of reply
Manufacturers and distributors may submit corrections and additional documentation at any time. Submissions are recorded with attribution and the date received.
Commercial relationships are labelled
We work with manufacturers, distributors and partners on sponsored content, featured placements, advertising and corporate licensing. Any paid item carries a visible label identifying it as such.
